The balance of prestige of the nations has been improved. A lot of new and historical accurate nations; playable and formable. It has a new failed stated system, a colony race in south america and mid-east and a new canal ownership system. A lot of new modiffiers and events. Some base stats has been fixed and balanced. New songs. Trust me, it is so big that the surprises never end.
