The Victoria 2 Vanilla Enhancement Suit mod makes small changes to Victoria 2 to enhance the vanilla game experience by improving localization, graphics, sounds and other elements. There are two versions available, the light version makes changes only to graphics and sounds and should be compatible with other mods such as HPM and PDM while the standard version also makes changes to localization and small gameplay adjustments and is not compatible with other mods.

To install this mod follow these steps:
1. Locate your Victoria 2 directory.
2. Inside there is a folder called 'mod'.
3. Extract the files from this archive to the mod folder.
4. Start the Victoria 2 launcher and select the 'Iron Workshop Vanilla Enhancement Suit'.
5. Start the game.
Have you considered a version that's a submod for the New World Order/Cold War Mod? Just because that's such an amazing mod held back so much by the kinds of issues this fixes.
You can just use the light version together with the New World Order/Cold War Mod, they should not conflict with each other.
