CWE 1.10 will be released on 06/09/19.
Some of the major features that will be in 1.10 are:
1. Officer Led Coups and military loyalty
2. Reworked cultural distributions
3. Revised ethnic cleasing system
4. New government mechanics for monarchies and republics
5. Reworked leader selection events
6. Trade Wars
