This mod is a modification to Elite Force's Single Player.
It's still in quite early stages, and being worked on by myself (leading and programming), Jonne (mapping), and Reef (modelling). So more help would be welcome.
This mod is aiming for a stand-alone, only using Elite Force's engine as a base.
Here is a feature list as of the end of last August:

Here's a short feature list I put together (of stuff already done in this mod, codewise):
- New weapons: A flashlight, a sniper rifle (with alt-fire zoom), a grapple hook/crossbow combination,
a double-barrel shotgun, a winchester rifle, and a knife (with correct animations)
- Blood and impactmarks
- The body's and wallmarks don't dissapear anymore (without loss of performance)
- A completley new ammo system, with different ammo for each weapon and fully operational reloading (also for NPCs).
The reloading even has a special animation for the Klingons, Hirogens and Malons
- Very precise locational damage (horizontal and vertical location, but also front/side/back)
- Headshots (with the winchester rifle only, your base-weapon)
- Silent kills (with the knife only, when the enemy doesn't see you you can instantly kill him/her/it)
- New health system, which is now completley in the crosshair
- Some IOQuake3 fixes have been implanted
- Maps and shaders are done by the latest Q3Map2
- The NPC's now check if they can actually "see" you before they shoot you
- A new misc_light entity which creates light that can be toggled on or off (and refreshes itself too)
- A func_door_rotating entity for rotating doors
- An "info" command that will give general game info and checks if you have all the necessary files in your BaseEF
- And much more stuff to improve overall game performance

Things done artwise:
- Weapon's sound effects
- Weapon's general effects
- The shotgun
- The winchester rifle
- The knife
- Blood and impactmarks
- The head and sounds of the main-character
- Updated the normal crewthin/crewfemale animations with the better hazard/hazardfemale animations

Known bugs (but being worked on):
- The knife isn't right when seen in third-person
- At some computers, the pause menu won't work

And of course there's lots of other stuff we're currently working on, but I'm not going to reveal that yet...

Added: To be short, this mod aims for a horror-shooter combination in EF's engine, but with completley our own game. So Star Trek won't even be used as a base anymore, and everything will simpely be changed.
Some things done since August: The winchester rifle and knife models have been finished, and many more things have been done codewise. The map is also coming along.

Hey,

We're curently working on designing, and after that creating a site. We indeed need one, but I don't think it will be finished within a week from your message. So my request to you is to please extend the time we get for creating the site, so that we have enough time to create a proper one.
