Vector Thrust: Challenges Fixed mod

Tired of always seeing a letter C in the game's challenges? Tired of challenges that are bugged and you 

can't pass them? Tired of having to resort to buying planes but they have exaggerated prices?

If you are one of those show want to waste your time on a broken game and be able to pass it, 

this mod is for you, fix the ranks, balance prices of buy only planes.

Replace some challenges, fix broken challenges, add new challenges and try to 

maintain as vanilla as possible to the game (even though its charm is being modifiable)
