Codename Flashpoint (Formerly called Urban Conflict) is a semi-realistic mod for Battlefield 2, based on the new conflicts of the post-Cold War era.
Firstly, even if it is a bit late, I wish a happy new year to all of you.Resquests are now closed, I have analyzed the requests you made me, and those that met my requirements were accepted. If you do not see your request in this list, it is either that it does not answer to my requirements (not a conflict of the post-cold war, not a real conflict, gameplay etc ..), either I have already added it.I know I have a lot of conflict and therefore a lot of factions, but I manage, for the moment the only problem is the time that it will take, but I think that the year 2018 will be the good one to finish with this mod an once and for an all. :) Here is what have been accepted after the conflict requests and the versions in which they will appear.

- Chadian Civil War 2005–2010 (Chad vs Janjaweed)
- Operation Boleas (South Africa vs Lesotho opposition)
1.7 version :
- Kurdish-Turkish War (Turkey vs PKK)
- Iran-PJAK conflict (Iran vs PJAK)
- Gaza conflict (IDF vs Hamas)
1.8 version :
- Invasion of Panama (USA vs PDF)
- Nicaraguan Revolution 1981-1990 phase (EPS vs Contras)

About release date I don't know, but as I said I think that 2018 will be the good one to finish this mod an once and for an all.

I don’t take requests anymore, but luckily for you I have already added the Falkland war in the month of August I think.
Also I don’t think the Falkland war ended after the Cold War, it was a 1982 war.
So Pak and Afg against insurgencies will also be in 1.5 release yeah? as well as all the wars mentioned in old articles

Soldiers, weapons and more will not be difficult ^^ . The only problem is to get a map which can fit with The Troubles. Same for Balkan conflicts.
