The objective of this mod is, as is it implied in the name is to bring the Ultramarines TT models and structure of the Ultramarines in-game to the Dawn of War: Soulstorm game. We have a very detailed tech-tree fleshed out and built in-game all the while the remaining models are completed. All voices are recorded but we continue to add extras (like Tyrannical War Veterans Rhino and Deathwatch Razorback) especially since GWS recently released the updated SM Codex (may include new units like Centurions but those are not "in-scope" currently)
A quick tease of what could possibly be coming. Each variant has its own unique and distinctive Primary Turret Weapon just as in the Table Top Mini. Some have a Top Pintle which can upgrade between H.Flamer and Multi-Melta, has H-K Missile Launcher, Smoke Launchers, and Machine Spirit. Unbelievable thank yous to the incredible 3D/OE work of Kekoulis on these amazing relics!
Kekoulis here: While I redid the whole models for them to work in Soulstorm(including rigging,animations,OE work and mesh optimisation/building),I have to thank Joazz from Facepunch forums for his original work on which the above are based upon(namely the Fellblade and Falchion)and allows for free use(something for which I am very grateful of) as well as for his textures,which I use as a placeholder until I finish my own.
I do not know if these actually make the final cut for the mod,or should they be included in the first place but brother Thudmeizer was far too excited to see them in game I guess. :P

Holy. I have been wanting to see those for a very long time. If the Ultramarine faction have doctrines, there must be one with this 30k relic. Absolutely oustanding!

Will we be able to upgrade/replace the quad lascannon sponsons with a laser destroyer array (slower firing, but more powerful and has the range of a sniper) and will the accelerator cannons of the fellblade be able to switch between HE and AP rounds to represent it's versatility?

I don't see any rules for the Fellblade variants which allow the sponsors to change: they are always Quad-Lascannons.
As for Accelerator Cannons changing their rounds: possible of course but would require either a toggle change for another projectile or ability FX toggle. Out of scope for this right now but, yes, its doable.
Are you sure? The fellblade rule sheet and all the various wikias literally state that the fellblade and it's variants can replace the quad-lascannons with laser destroyer arrays to better deal with heavier vehicles. The only reason why you might think so is because models of such an array does not currently exist. So people basically treat the quad-lascannons as a laser destroyer array when they have upgraded or they resort to converting, usually a rapier.

Whatever you decide to do with the cannons, i just hope it's versatile aka decent against everything.
Ah I see. Yeah I looked around and side-sponsor Laser Destroyers have a very similar look to the existing Quad-Lascannons which we traditionally see with Rapiers. I really don't still see the point in all honestly: there is enough present on the upcoming Fellblade variants to offer the appeal of super-heavy choices. ;)
Can't argue with that. But i'm guessing the quad lascannons are going to be powerful enough as it is, especially considering that there are no titans walking around. Still something i would like to see eventually, but i'm not bothered at all if it's not included. One would just be overcompensating at that point.
Well the adversaries we select X unit to face depends on whose got what in-game to face them against. Sky is the limit of course. ;) UA could easily now request these with permission granted to then fulfill such duties. Of course, that won't be my decision.

These are some awesome models!I always wanted 30k mod with old armor,primarchs,vehicles,legions but this is just insane,it's closest thing to it,unless somebody makes proper 30k mod.
Now,how will these vehicles work?I mean will it be some kind of path for land raiders or these vehicles?Will they be limited for like 2-3?

We'll see... difficulty/challenge is always getting a single model in then ensure all code, icons, UCS, AI, sound, and speech are there to support such great models but that is now present so anything is now possible. \o/
They are considered a Relic unit.
As for they actual implementation,this remains up to speculation.
In other words,we see,it is surprise. ;)
And Thudo,code is all good and cool,but without models,it is nothing. :P
For sure, its a symbiotic relationship: where the code can help the 3D model be improved/tweaked but without the in-game model there is nothing.
