This is my version of Ultimate mod, with for now overall fixed version that i can assure you works with the 3.04 version. Along with some edited and modified features such as new countries, fixed country flags, governments and several small modified and added decisions also events. The contents in this mod is heavily borrowed from other mods, notably HPM, HFM, CWE, CoE, AoE, NWO, several Ultimate mod sub-mods, etc. So if you're the creator of these mods, let me tell you that the credits belong to you as well. This mod is the solution if you ever feel so unlucky that every Ultimate mod isn't working too well for you :)

please crisis is open all scenarios (Millenyum is dosent have crisis and dont open in custom options)
Pardon me, i didn't quite get that, what do you mean?
There are no crises in the Millennium Scenario and other scenarios
Only "1604 Scenario" have crises
I just checked, yes i just funnily realized that there's no crises in other start dates, i remember one crises happening but it was before i edited something, pardon me, there must be some line i missed in some parts of the mod, will be noted

I just checked again, crisis can happen but in other start dates often in less frequency, i am not sure what caused it but i'll do my best to figures what's wrong

Hi, my game always crash when i enter decisions with any nation.
I was playing mp with 2 of my friend and they can enter and even do events in decisions, but for me crash. And i did try in sp also and it still crash.

Which version of Victoria 2 are you using? Is it 3.03 or 3.04 version? And in which start date? From my experrience it probably has to do with the version you are using, buggy saves or might be simple cache issues, try first clean the cache in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/Ultimate Ultimatum
Make sure also you have the same version as your friends

I am using version 3.03 well that is when i enter victoria2 to select mod, but in main menu its 3.04, so its 3.03?
I did everything you said and it didnt work, we are playing with start date 1717, we are now in 1804, i can play with them its just whenever i enter decisions game crash, and me and my friends have all the same. game,mode and hotfix and they can enter and use decisions
Have you tried cleaning the cache? My best advice is to completely redownload the mod and the hotfix, remove the Ultimate Ultimatum cache folder, and start again. And how come it shows different version? What version of Vic 2 are you buying? Is it steam or GOG version? For now just let me know if cleaning the cache fixed the issue
Hi, its version 3.04 i dont know why its showing 3.03 when i select anymode.
And yeah i did work, i deleted game, installed again, put mode on and now its working.

Thank you for the update, it's a great mode. But I have some problem, when I played the 1600s scenario, at the time the games enters 1800, the independence events in Spanish America began to pop up. Every independence movement is fine, except for Ecuador. Ecuador got the core, but the country itself didn't exist just yet, the problem is it's always instantly goes to war against any European country.
Second problem I found in Portuguese Brazil, it appears that when Portugal didn't control every land that will be Brazilian cores, when the time comes for Brazilian independence events, the war started, but Brazil didn't the became independence, so Portugal basically at war against a non-existent country, just like in Ecuador case. It also happens on Georgia vs Russia when Georgia still controlled by Ottomans. Everything else is just fine I guess, it's still a great mode, keep it up, mate.
I am having issues been able to play the mod, you said to copy everything in the Hotfix folder. By that you mean the folders: common, decisions, events, history, inventions, localization and technologies, right?
I am supposed to copy it to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Victoria 2\mod Correct?
