ADDING A NEW BREED but not from the beginning Thread - Ultimate Apocalypse Mod (DOW SS) for Dawn of War

Hello I would like to suggest adding the Adeptus Mechanicus Explorators breed to the ultimate apocalyps from what I know such a mod already exists
but would it be possible to talk to the creator of this addon and develop this breed together and then add it to Ultimate apocalyps, I think it would be a good idea and a big step forward for fans of the universe warhammer 40k and for fans of the addon I just wanted to add that me and my friends are big fans of the add-on and we hope that the mod will be developed as long as possible

It is true that adding new factions to UA_THB would be good and would bring a little more choice at the strategic level. 
However, it would require recruiting new members, especially those who do 3D modeling and computer language (to integrate 
the new factions without having to download them). It will take a lot of time ... and money also to achieve all this, for the pleasure of the fans!
For my part, I would like to see the following factions (in any case, the most interesting in their improved version) : The Mechanicum (aka
Adeptus Mechanicus), Steel Legion, Black Templars, Renegades Guard and Farsight Enclaves.
