First, a bit of brown nose'n, I'm really a fan of what you're trying to do here. Too many times I've played games where everyone is always the same, either through the fact that there's only 1 "build" or there aren't any options at all. I played UETF Chronicles to the best of my ability but I'm not sure I ever got it working correctly for some reason. Below I will post what my experiences have been and my opinions on the matter.

AI Bots
* The bots were basic but fun, though the dynamic of numbers never seemed to be clear to me. Whether it was based on Mission or on number of players.

* The bots moved very quickly, I'm not a huge fan of UT style arenas, kinda funny really being its UT and all...anyhow I wasn't sure whether you were going for the tactical or speed approach so not sure if my comment here is correct but slowing the fighting down a little bit might be nice, or perhaps an option to do so.

Weapons
*
The weapons were neat, with well done models (imho). Though a lot of the times the roles of the specific guns were a little difficult to figure out.

Classes
* The classes all seemed to have a very definite role which I love, being a support lover my choice was obvious and I really enjoyed this about the game.

Mechanics
* I would love to see a revive mechanic, though I can't say for certain there wasn't one, considering my installs always seemed to have bugs.

Hope this was helpful in some way, I will add more too this as I come across it.

Take care and best of luck! I can't wait to see what comes next!

Thanks for the feedback! Your ideas and thoughts are a big part of our development process. Some feedback from the dev team:

AI Bots
The number of bots was very variable across the various campaigns but we're keeping it much more predictable for the next release. There are a few randomization factors but it will be much more uniform.

We thought the bots were a little too fast as well. We wanted the next release to feel more tactical and less twitchy, so we greatly reduced the movement speed across the board for bots and players. Movement speed can be increased (for instance the AI Director Hermes gets a speed boost to all the bots it deploys) but the general feel of the gameplay is much more tactical and deliberate, allowing you more time for tactical positioning and strategic problem solving.

Weapons
We are reducing the number of weapons for the first release but giving you a lot more options with each. Each weapon has a role that it is best at (i.e. Sniper Rifle at long range, Flechette Rifle at close), but you can customize each one to your play style.

Classes
Class roles are more important than ever in upcoming release! We've adjusted a lot of mechanics to really emphasize co-operative play and fufilling a unique role. For example, the Grunt can use the new 'suppress' perk to force enemies to take cover and move slowly, making them much easier targets for Snipers.

Mechanics
We're definitely planning on adding a team (all classes can access) perk called 'Emergency Drop' that will allow you to instantly drop in any dead teammates. It's not on the next release but will definitely be coming soon.

Another thing that I think would be nice to have while playing is Grenades! Can have a few different kinds or whatnot I just miss having something explosive handy to chuck at a rampaging robot horde.
