Twisted Insurrection is a critically acclaimed, standalone modification based on the Command & Conquer™ Tiberian Sun™ engine. It features a complete redesign of the original game, set in an alternate "what-if?" timeline where the Brotherhood of Nod was victorious during the first Tiberian War. Do you have what it takes to drag the shattered Global Defense Initiative out of ruin? Or will you crush all who oppose the will of Kane and his Inner Circle? The choice is yours commander.
I am absolutely loving these promos, they invoke the old CnC feel pretty damn well. I'd love to know what mr. Infector does...could imagine he's using a rapid mutation-type Tiberium rifle to make lots of Visceroids.
The Infector is a high-tech Nod anti-infantry unit with a rifle that can, although not in all cases, cause mutations in its targets, turning them into violent Visceroids. Infectors are also fitted with a web launcher that he can use to capture his targets.
If that's the case i can see it backfiring... a lot.
Still, not everything should be fail proof: making Visceroids is a nice high risk/high pay gambit. That would only add to the dynamic gameplay and it's quickly balanced by an opponent that has mostly just tanks.
I find it strange that the Infector is already in Twisted Insurrection, yet, some people still ask why he isn't and or what he does.
Haven't played this mod before. That's why I ask.
You're excused then, however I'd like to remind you that there is a TI manual on both ModDB and PPM. :)

I'm gonna scream...
NANOSUIT NANOSUIT NANOSUIT NANOSUIT NANOSUIT NANOSUIT
:D
Maybe he's a 100% robot, which is why he doesn't turn into a viceroid. ;)
