Nah they still say in the name of Kane. They see the Inner Circle as his chosen proxies until Kane's return. Many believe that their messiah will return one day and that his disappearance was a test to prove their worth.

GDI FTW!!
Well in Twisted Insurrection GDI lost the first Tiberium War.
The Brotherhood emerged triumphant, leaving GDI in ruins when the UN shut down the main bulk of their forces, this left only a few splintered remnants who refused to lay down arms. It looked as if the surviving GDI forces were going to be completely wiped out. That was until General Owen opened a dialog with GloboTech.
We shall purge these pests for the glory of Kane! Peace, Through, Power!
