not quite sure what "pre-placed terrain to help" means, does this just mean that its already concreted? or something else?

They mean instead of base-builders having to go in and make their own map to lok good, this one already has some pre-made terrain that is advantageous for base builders.
Wich is, in my own modest opinion, awsome!
