This mod is a TROLL
last game was Medieval 2 Total war that allowed to change the map. CA removed that feature in Shogun 2, Rome 2, and Attlia
That's entirely false :P last game with editable map is Shogun 2. You can see Middle Earth in Sara's Last Alliance mod.
CA didn't remove campaign editing possibilities either. You can edit the map in Terry in Attila, but not the AI.
Campaign map/Ai editing tools are developped by the Rise of Mordor team, and will be compatible with every next gen total war, in theory.

the mod was never in development yet another troll that doesn't know how to mod shouting everyone im going to make this never trust anything with TBD on it unless they are a known modder
