Total Chaos is a total conversion mod for Doom 2 that runs on the GZDoom source port. The mod is a survival horror set on a remote island known as Fort Oasis. The island was once run by a community of coal miners which one day suddenly disappeared, leaving behind the abandoned concrete jungle to waste away. Something, clearly, has gone very wrong with this place. Upon your arrival at Fort Oasis, you receive a strange radio transmission. Someone wants to be found.

Hey, I want to play this mod on my macos m3 apple arm64 MacBook pro. I know i can play doom II using the macos version of gzdoom. Right now i am playing doom 2 + project brutality. I downlaoded and unpacked the files of the mod and saw that it packs its own gzdoom.exe and it's own wad file. How to make this mod work on my macos m3 apple arm64 system? i tried copying the macos gzdoom file into the extracted folder and start it, but it does not automatically find the files. Do I need to input the files of the the mod as a folder inside additional arguments or something else too? Can someone help me? |
