Make electicity run up the barrel(s)? that way it makes the Mammoth Tank look terrifying and over-loaded on power, or maybe make this into a upgrade for the mammoth tank? called something like Extra Electricity Capacity that makes the Mammoth more powerful VS Infantry!
The Mammoth is already terrifyingly powerful against infantry, with its 4 railguns and 2 missile turrets.
