The idea is inspired by Crysis with its Light and Heavy VTOLs.

Also I remodeled the Artificial-Gravity hooks, which will also be featured on the normal Ox, but 2 instead of the 4 seen here.

This will essentially be the Carryall, but it can't "Carryall" infantry around.

that's the whole point of this unit. Light units, that is, Titans, Wolverines, Harvesters, and Strykers, and Infantry, keep the Call in transport ability, while the heaviers ones, at least for now, that is MCV, Jugg, Mammoth, Disruptor, etc can be carried by this.

You know, I felt like deleting your comment for the sheer ignorance in it. But then I realised it really would do no good.

How can the TW Carryall be inspired by Avatar...when it came out several YEARS earlier?

There were several fan lifters VTOLs long before Avatar.

Have you ever played with GI Joe action figures ? Also the fan VTOLs are a really really old idea.

You can just start the Worldbuilder with the mod, by adding this as the first line in the CnC3_wb_1.0.cfg:

try-add-config *path to My Documents*\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods\TibApo\TibApo_1.0.SkuDef

The engines made me think of Chinese finger traps XD
Anyway, I like it, great idea too so larger units can be moved about the battlefield. I have thought that was a much needed ability for a long time, especially since larger units are pretty slow moving.

Questions:
1. Is this transport gonna be avail any time or do you need an airfield or other pre-req first ?

2. What kind of armor strength will it have ? Since IF it were to carry the primary MCV, you wouldnt want it destroyed by AA or game over.

1: It's built at the Airfield.

2: Not very much. It's a transport aircraft, not intended to carry stuff right into battle.

All in all, this sounds akin to the Advanced Caryall in Emperor: Battle for Dune. Except in that, the normal carryall could only transport harvesters to and from the spice fields, instead of any sort of light units. Also, advanced carryalls could pick up stationary unguarded enemy units and fly by base defenses to get them blown up by friendly AA, or drop them into hazards like the gaping maw of a sandworm. Seeing as environmental hazards are practically nill in TW, I wouldn't worry about trying to match up with that unit, but hey, that could work for some kind of CTF game mode.
