Description
Externally it doesn't differ much from the Orca Fighter of the second Tiberian War, however, internally, it's been upgraded over and over again. Also its engines are miles beyond those of the original Orca.

Beautiful. Gritty and dark and high tech, and the particle effects for the missile trails are very nice too.

<---- Running Win7 64-bit. Playing C&C3, and all mods. Not a single problem.
I Can Install on Windows 7 86-Bit but when I try to Run it It Apparently says that I Don't have an Up to date Direct-X So it will not Launch the Game.
I Have Obviously Tried running it as an Admin and Installed the Most up to date Direct-X.
Download and install DirectX 9.0c
I had the same problem on Vista, that solved it.
Before or After C&C 3 is Installed? :P

at least they have engines. ive been playing some of the vanilla just cus im bored and the damn things dont have engines at least not discernable ones
the little wing-thingies on the TW orca are supposed to be its engines :P
i know thats where they are but in vanilla you cant see them at all

it has one, chin mounted, you can't really see them here, I'm going to do something about that.
i never did understand why in all the videos even in the original c&c the orca is shown with the chaingun but ingame it doesnt have or at least cant use it
I think it was that they didn't want a Unit that was Strong against Infantry and Tanks and westwood considered that Over powered.

Actually I'm not decided yet, I might make the Fighter AA and the Firehawk Anti-Vehicle, what do you guys think?
Nah Firehawk is a better AA Unit Faster and has Deadlier rockets.
I think that Orca should be used against vehicles and infantry. Then Firehawk should be anti-air and anti-heavy vehicles (ion cannons) and the Orca Bomber should be anti-structure. Since Nod's Venom can shoot air, as well as the Vertigo, why couldn't Orca shoot too? I say Orca can shoot air.
the Vertigo has been replaced by the Banshee btw. I saw no role for the Vertigo alongside Venom and Banshee.
About giving the orca a minigun, will it need to return to reload MG rounds as well or just rockets?
An idea that could work would be to give the orca no need for erturn-to-reloads at al but can only shoot, say, 6 rockets per salvo, with a fairly long wait between salvoes.
It worked in Generals with the commanche helicopter, pretty sure you can make it work for this...

The orca already has a Minigun According to Helge you ,apparently, Can't see it in this picture.
vertigo always was odd with only a single bomb. the aircraft could have crried 4 easily and im sure the bombs dont have any effect on the stealth and little on the speed
