Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.

XR-85 Tank Droid.
This unit loock familiar to me. There's a similar tank unit in Rogue Squadron 3D.
That's what this is, however I think the ones in Rogue Squadron were the big versions, these are the smaller variants.
It's the same unit.
just for the record, the real XR-85 tanks could obliberate anything in theur path as thay are twice as big as an AT-AT walker
those things are beast. while i have nly seen 2 or 3 mods with those as units, these are by far the best textures for those arakyd xr-85's ive ever seen
