Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
After the fall of the Emperor during the battle of Endor the New republic rapidly had to both grow and establish themselves as a legitimate force in the galaxy. The new army grew out of the old sector force organizations and were the primary ground troops during the new republics assaults into imperial held territory.
Moderately equipped with a variety of weaponry and equipment the army stands ready to fight on any battlefield in the galaxy.
Finally, updates to soldier models for the new republic. The question is: will the new republic get more diverse units? Such as the honor guard of the new republic, and the armored soldiers of the new republic, which could be seen in the comics about yuuzhan vong.
We eventually want to include some more infantry types such as the Vong War era troopers. But the New Republic has one of the more developed rosters already and the art team has spent most of their time elsewhere so progress is slow.
