Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
The Hutt Pod Walker serves as a small, but heavily armed anti-vehicle walker for the Hutts in TR. It is based on the EAW pod walkers, but reinterpreted as an evolution of the AT-XT lineage instead, which was inspired by the EAW text states it to be a predecessor to the AT-ST. As neither the size nor the armament lined up with the actual AT-AP, we decided to focus on these differences to create a Hutt-specific walker distinct from it. Nonetheless, one focus was for it to still line up with the icon used for it in EAW.

A Hutt or Pirate made Pod Walker is what I thought could be used to explain that one from the game's abandoned vehicle factory. Reversed engineered from AT-AP blueprints from the black market, but smaller and cheaper for pirates. This is a good model to be that. Always why I like a lot of things from this mod, All of you are trying to be really creative with things!
or the hutts made it themselves or commissioned it from kuat, or kuat sold it to the hutts since the slugs can afford actual military stuff lol
