Third Age: Reforged is a mod for Medieval II Total War, that aims to overhaul the multiplayer aspect of the Third Age Legacy, by thoroughly rebalancing the units and factions while also implementing tons of new content, maps, units, etc. (NOTE: campaign is still in development)

Its gondor, when castamir started the kin strife. The castamirs legion of umbar must be the descendents of the men loyal to castamir and his sons. And noe they actually look the part lol
well, they add a Numenor faction. But even if not and it's Gondor, like you said, what i meant is they have still a great numenor style, their armor is awesome! Being good, being bad, they still look great and would like to have some battalions of these in my army
