Third Age: Reforged is a mod for Medieval II Total War, that aims to overhaul the multiplayer aspect of the Third Age Legacy, by thoroughly rebalancing the units and factions while also implementing tons of new content, maps, units, etc. (NOTE: campaign is still in development)

you know, orcs and Uruks i think don't have the same equipment, they have variety. not all of them like each other. i hope you understand what i mean.
Actually Isengard did have very similar armor, I do not know if in the books it is described as you say but in the films all of Isengard's uruks had very similar armors

(Orthanc warmongers) if they are a melee unit or (whithe hand seekers) if they are a range unit or you could do both!
