Why aren't those crossbows on the hands of Iron Hills crossbowmen? They were deigned for them after all.
i like that the difference between the dwarven factions is that erebor has the crossbows and khazaddum has a little bit solider infantry

I like them. They have the crossbow bolts from the Game Workshop Erebor units, coupled with a darker armor somewhat similar to the Dol Amroth Haven Guards.
I would suggest you add some variation of Raven's Hill crossbowman to their name (as a nod to the Raven's Hill fortress over Erebor)
Will they replace a unit already in either Dwarf army?

I feel like Khazad dum needs a elite crossbow unit. Archers are good but close range punch is better.
Khazad dum are op the way it is an elite crossbow unit would be over the top
