The Zombie Survival Mod:
Based on the comical Book "The Zombie Survival Guide" by Max Brooks. This Mod places you in an underground facility where you will be trained in the art of Anti-Zombie Warfare.
As you near completion of your training, the Pro-Zombie Protesters stage an assault on the underground facility, blowing a hole in the facility, allowing the zombies to get to the surface. Now you must hunt them down, use your training, and kill every last one of them.
Throughout the mod, you will experience comical events, similar to that of the book. Much like the book, these events will seem serious, but very humorous in nature.
This is a Source Modification, utilizing Half-Life 2's textures, characters, and map effects.
The game is based on Max Brooks' book, however does not use any copyrighted material, all ideas in the modification are original, aside from: weapon names, the basic name of the mod, and that is it.

Yeah, you have to make original zombies for this it just wouldn't feel right without them.

Well...we're taking a break, the funny zombie mod will be dead until sometime this fall (ie November'ish).
Thanks for all your comments, we're about 50% done the mod, but have to work on changing the zombies around (not sure if we should keep the headcrab on the face).
Hopefully we can scrounge up some actors for the voices, and some original tunes (already have a guy on that).

I really hope you can pull this mod off as it will be a break from all the other zombie mods. Are you planning on using the standard half-life zombie like in your title screen?
correction i love to kill zombies (didn' want to seem like a Pro-Zombie Protester) :)
