hey guys, obviously this is my first post here so i'll just use this to sum things up for those interested. i've been working on this mod for about 3-4 months now, and i actually made a thread for it on the frictional games forums. and i decided since i'm trying to make this the best it can be that it was probably a good idea to throw it up on moddb. it's a group project between me and oblivianator27 (creator of unsterblich). i'm directing and mapping the project, and he's scripting all of it. and i know that this is a little bit "out there" story wise, but bear with me! it will (hopefully) all make sense when it comes out.
i've been working on this for a solid 2-5 hours a day for the last few months, and due to that mapping for this is nearly done. i'm expecting it to only take another 2-3 weeks to finish, but i've put a date on when i thought all the mapping would be done several times now and all of them have been totally off, so don't quote me on that! and after that, oblivinator still needs to script everything, so i wouldn't be expecting this any time soon. but i can guarantee you that when it finally does come out it will be good, i'm aiming for this to be from 1-2 hours long (depending on how good you are with puzzles and how you deal with monster encounters).
one of my main goals for the actual mod itself is to make a very unique experience that isn't like anything that's ever been done in an amnesia custom story. hopefully you can see some of that idea shining through in screenshots/story that i have posted so far.
but anyways, i'd love to hear your feedback on this (even if it's negative)! i haven't gotten much so far, and it really helps me improve/inspires me to keep going. more news to come soon :)
