I'm trying not to upload rough cut stuff, but this is about a half hours work on some dynamic scenery. I'm going to try and make the levels feel as three dimensional as possible, even if it means detailing places you may or may not end up.
Expect a much, much more polished version of this on release. Was just excited to share!
I like the scene but has someone that loves astronomy, i most say that the moon looks huge compared to the real thing. Unless you are not representing real Earth and Moon system but some other dimension or place.
I am attempting to get more traditionally "gothic horror" with the landscapes, which means building them as exaggerated as Lovecraft, for example, would. However, the moon has already been scaled down like 45% to still be an aesthetic, but not so dark souls-esque enormous.
I'm hoping to have an atmosphere in the levels that is traditional to the genre, rather than strictly realistic and precise like Triptych was, if that makes sense.
Thank you so much for the kind words. I hope it lives up to all your expectations. Trying my hardest on it.
fog_area_moving or something to that effect. You need to layer them in varying heights and distances so they don't clip and look stupid. It's finnicky, and I wish that Amnesia had volumetric instead.

I love it! :o
Ooh, I'm looking forward to this!
This is bloody amazing, and for a first mod...? DAMN!
I wonder, what particles did you use for the fog ?
