Description
Falling victim Sheang suffered greatly at the cost of the war over Tiberium. Losing his family and becoming ill from Tiberium exposure he was able to rise from the depths of despair and became the liberator of the mutant people. Forming the Outcast Covenant Sheang used his family's wealth to build a military power strong enough to appose both the Brotherhood and GDI. He now aims to stop the war over and cure the mutant people and himself of the plague known as Tiberium.
Is that... Smoke from Mortal Kombat? Even story background kind of checks out.
I can see the Lin-Kuei becoming Mutants in C&C universe.
but they are also into Cyborgs so maybe they are inclined towards the Brotherhood as well.
What a good Character, Having the Mutant/Forgotten people to more and fighting to find a cure for the effects of tiberium if GDI and Nod not going to do anything about. Keep going Valiant!
