Is there some lore for Joseph Vega? Is he related to General Caesar Vega?
There is, Joseph Shepard is the grandson of Mark Jameson Shepard which was the Commanding officer for GDI in C&C1; Tiberian Dawn. In campaign 6 you learn that Joseph was called "Vega" by the mutant faction when he lived with them.
