The Plutonian Empire is an Empire that has conqured it's whole universe. Based on a creative worldbuilding project I've been working on for over 2 decades, beginning shortly after I started HS. Here, this mod takes place in approximately 12 *billion* years, when a neighboring universe born in 53201 AD finally reaches its's own 53200 AD, and that universe's TPE has already progressed technologically and magically so much faster than the Original TPE that they are already a formidable threat. And they are already looking beyond the walls of their universe, at the wider multiverse... And yes, the leaders of most of the iterations of TPE are Doom fans. Hence, the inclusion of the Doom monsters. :P
