Also I'm not sure about the whole camo, combine don't have camo on their vehicules and giant synth, aren't you afraid it will stand out too much from the rest ?
Well I would recommend adding 2 texture variants. ! in a plain tan or black standard synth color for ships deployed from other part of the Earths and the arctic camo variant can be specific to a combine unit deployed in the Arctic areas of the Earth like Siberia for example. It would add more character to the ships them selves and also reinforce the idea about how the combine quickly adapt to what ever conditions/environments they are in.
well i think ima stay with this
seeing that spending the (combine) money on painting local camo ships seems wasteful if it were real life. Plus it fits anywhere really
