I have a ton of tuning to do on the Imperator, it's initial stats will be very Warlord-like. Also am considering some balance issues with it, but nothing insurmountable.

You do realize what you have there can be safely be considered a entire titan maniple according to canon.

Either way, if you were an enemy of the Imperium and you saw this, you would already be screwed (Unless you had an entire battery of Deathstrike Missile Launcher Platforms with Void Warheads at your disposal, but the chances of you having that many missiles at your disposal while facing against said maniple are slim...).

I thought the imperator was WAY bigger. Like, skyscraper sized.

Seriously? It looks like its 6-10 Storeys Tall there.. remember though a Standard Astartes is between 8-10' in height and DoW1 doesn't really portray height well and scales in general are map-dependent.

In actuality, the scale is almost perfect according to scale charts, I only downsized the Imperator by 10% for movement issues. It couldn't get through certain areas during testing at full scale size. Now it is only as difficult to move around as a Warlord, which isn't easy, but not impossible.

The Imperator is down scaled a tad. The full scale version cannot move, even on the biggest maps. I tried scaling it up, it didn't work well but oh boy did it look amazing, LOL!

Isn't one of the maps literally a fallen Imperator?

Yes, and the scale is wrong, completely. That map is wrong, pure and simple. While an Imperator IS huge, you cannot drive a predator down the barrel of the gatling blaster. A person should be able to just stand up inside the barrel, is the correct scale. Think about 6 feet width per barrel, and then scale the rest of the titan around that, and you have it right.

I now have the method of enabling visible shields, but am considering keeping the Warlord and Imperator with invisible shields as the bubble for either of them is so big as to be an eye sore in game. Am open to suggestions tho...

I figured that might be a problem, as they're so tall that a circular shield around them would be massively wide. One possibility that might look okay is to have 3 shield generators, one Reaver sized one in the torso and two Warhound sized ones coming from the legs. Multiple shields to cover them seems pretty fluffy. Dunno if it'd end up great, but it's an idea.

Unfortunately, I don't think that can be done. Or if so, I would have no idea how to code it in. I barely can get a single Reaver sized shield working, and resizing it makes it insanely huge. But positioning it is proving tricky beyond words to describe. I don't think I could add more shields though, just from the way the one shield is coded.

Can you scale it a smaller amount? I don't know how it's coded, but maybe instead of jumping from 1.4 to 1.5 it'd be more like 1.403, for example.

Give them the shields but make them alot more translucent along with the warhound and reaver. I always thought the the big bubbles didn't look right. They should be barely visible.

That would require FX editing that I don't know how to do yet. Not saying it can't happen, just saying i dunno how yet. But then I've done a TON of stuff I didn't know how before I started, so this could be on the list easily enough :P

Well, that's a piece of art. Two titans in a row... I'm really looking forward to try these out. One thing though : the upper legs of the imperator seem quite thin when we see what's above. I reckon that's a common point to every model or artwork i could find on the web but still, i believe enlarging this part may improve the model.
However, it's great work as it is :)

There are several parts of the Imperator model I'd love to improve, but unfortunately won't be able to. I just don't have the modeling skills. Keep in mind, I didn't make these.
