It looks pretty human already. The face is wearing warpaint and you can barely make out the details from this image.

Description

The Mahud are the people of Far Harad known for their skill in taming the various beasts that linger within the deep southern jungle. Perhaps most famous for the titanic Mumakil they ride during crucial battles, their more common brethren ride the large War-Beasts of Far Harad alongside the regular light cavalry and horse archers of Harad.

The beasts themselves are some of the toughest mounts in Middle-earth, although they are significantly slower than horses and not quite as capable of a heavy cavalry charge as Wargs. However, the great resistance of their hides, along with the lance-wielding, javelin-tossing skill of their masters make the Beastmasters a significant heavy cavalry force to bolster the otherwise lightly equipped Haradrim forces. Those who challenge the Mahud in battle should attempt to bring down the mighty beasts, as their masters wear very light armor and are ill-equipped for an on-foot battle.
