Nope, only scout function

No, early scout vehicle only, you will see. It still can have other purposes to take fire in mass tank battles and so on ;)

If I watch youtube videos about 3dsmax and photoshop, can I able to make units?
If watching videos from youtube would be enough for modeling, how long should I study on 3ds max in order to create basic unit? I know a bit about photoshop :)
Depends, for sure you have to start. I learned without any videos and it was really hard for me. But start modeling that's the way
But then how do you attach your models into game? Is it required original game? Because I don't have original game. I download it :/
