Listening Outpost can be now upgraded to Hacker Outpost. It won't have radar and targeting fuctions, but can hold 4 hackers for providing you money no matter it is stoped or moving...
Chinese got a nice new rehaul? Did you also change the buildings or was it just units?
Note: Not pressuring or something. Just curious. I like the old ZH buildings, but also I wouldn't mind having new ones, either. Whatever's your choice, we like it. :-D
No time and help to change the buildings...
