The End Of Days is a freeware modification for Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour. Our mod adds a new playable faction - Russia, and greatly improves the original three with new units, structures and special powers!
USA and Russia were updated as well. Many players didn't liked the replacement of some units, so I decided to put more common units for all factions. For example T-90, TOS-1, Iskander and SU-25 are common for all weapon system.
In USA in similar way: M270, Tomahawk and A-10 are common for all factions.

I imagine a Jarmen-style driver kill for a regular unit would be broke as hell, maybe just give them anti materiel rifle attack with decent anti armor damage?
EDIT: must say I really like GLA subfaction the most, it avoids the vanilla pitfall of being one trick ponies while also not just trying to represent a real fighting force like certain nation airforce or marines or whatever, I feel that may be rather limiting. Like single faction getting both solid explosive units with nukes and toxins is cool as ****. High mobility and assault-centric forces also seem cool.
The idea of RAF is hit-and-run tactics, explosives, stealth technologies and it will be very good at stealing enemy units. You don't have good tanks, so you should go and steal some :D
Marauder was nerfed and only viable as damage absorber or hit-and-run unit after second scrap
Jarmen kell is now partisan. Regular unit of one sub faction. It requires upgrade in order to kill the pilot. Also the ability countdown timer is 2 minutes. SO it is not so powerful. THe unit it self is not so strong as jarmen before. SO we will see during testing if we have to fix it more. But RAF forces need some good micro tactic unit since they don't have very strong forces.
I feel like a sufficiently big enough group of partisans could prove a very major disruption, I mean, three is already enough to massively disrupt enemy attack group going trough a bottleneck, forcing human player to force attack empty vehicles - with partisan sniper attacks sending infantry to them may be hard.
Even outside bottlenecks, these can disrupt enemy attack by disabling most threatening to your army composition units, and the ability reload time doesn't change anything because if you defend from one assault another one will take some time to get prepared and arrive somewhere it will be able to harm your forces. I can understand trying to give an otherwise weaker force some micro advantage, but you should give more units unique abilities instead of giving the subfaction a single indispensable unit like that, it will make all subfaction compositions pivot around this one unit. I would really suggest, like, giving one of their unique vehicles a scorpion rocket-style attack that disables units instead of dealing damage. You could also do something similar to Rise of the Reds Jarmen Kell where he "channels" an attack disabling a singular vehicle while firing at it, that would still put partisans on par with ECM tank yet longer ranged, making them less overpowered.
Partisan isn't a cheap unit (700$ + 2000$ Snipe Crew + 2000$ Camo upgrade). It requires HUGE investment. They have low rate of fire and basic infantry units need 2 Partisan shots to kill.
It'll be good to remind you that infantry in TEOD is cheaper, so spam it to man vehicles instantly and if partisans will try to pick of your infantries, use your air forces or anti-infatry units.
It's all about mixing your army. You'll never win as Rapid Assault Forces spamming only Partisans and, for example, BRDMs or as Heavy Assault Forces spamming only Armatas.

They will be like Superweapons in terms of damage. They will have limited range (especially Shaheen) and will be VERY vulnerable to enemy. Have to mention these units will be very expensive so it'll be a big blow if you lose them

About Mirage 2000 : is that a multirole aircraft or only air superiority fighter ?
It is armed with 4-5 bombs
in the other factions there are upgrade for USA (flight stability control) and russia (missile flight stability) can you tell us what these upgrade do ? thnx for your efforts guys;)
Flight Stability Control increases speed and maneuverability of all Stealthed aircrafts.
Missile Flight Stability increases range of all ballistic missiles
