King of Worms is his title, I think it would be more fitting if it was a trait rather than part of his name
It's not a part of his name. It is his leader faction title.
About undead, their draugr spearmen have "unlocalised placement text" as both their name and their description.
Seems that draugr swordsmen are labelled "draugr spearmen" too.
