What if GDI and Nod failed to defeat CABAL during the Firestorm Crisis? The Relay Center functions as a standalone expansion of the Communications Array, using enhanced intel gathering to accurately pinpoint locations on the battlefield to airdrop Expanders and excavate Assault Tunnels near known friendly territories. It also unlocks far more advanced weapons and technologies, barring those unique to the clans.
