This mini mod provides you with 5 different shading ramp sets for tf2.
Take a look at the example image to see how the ramp sets will change the
look of an object.
Every ramp set consists of 4 textures.

Installation:

Note: You can only install one ramp set at once!
Extract the ramp zip file of your choice (e.g. rampSet1.zip) into your
.steamsteamappsteam fortress 2
folder
and make sure to enable preserved folder structure.
Or
Put the files manually into the folders described above.

Deinstallation:

Simply delete the files described above from your tf2 directory.

Are these actual textures, or light maps? Because I use custom models and textures and don't want to lose them.

nice job on this, i like ramp #4 classic the most, but it kind of takes away from the classic style unfortunately. great work though, looks good!
Still is working...
Still works geart as of now, if youre looking for an EU sever to use this, i recommend Nighteam severs, runs wuth bots at day but at nights its usualy full.
If anyone was wondering, after testing, this still works great, the whole game looks better and doesn't lower the FPS, great shading!
Uhm,man? The shaders won't work on public servers. I really wish you'd fix it cause i am in love with the airbrush... And the FPSBanana lightwarps arn't nearly as good looking as yours.
The_Headcrab_Farmer: I'm playing with it online on all different public servers and I don't have any problems. Can you describe whats happening when you join a public server
Well, i usually play on Localen servers, very standard... and the textures and shaders looks the same! When i go into comentery mode THEN all objects and models look awesome.
go to a server that doesnt have SV_PURE turned on. it disables custom skins to prevent transparency cheats.

The Lokalen server uses sv_pure 1 or 2. That means that custom texture and models are forbidden
Theres a console command to enable your skins you will have to check.On google or something
