Galactopticon is a single-player sci-fi comedy FPS starring a gang of hard-boiled interstellar pirates. The epic storyline will be supported by gameplay elements such as ironsight aiming and an RPG-style branching dialogue system.

The lighting reminds me of the old Miniature/ Stedicam spaceship effects in the 60s-90s...

Actually, I can't really date the effect as it's still used today.

That's good; I prefer that effect to the digital spaceships in a lot of newer sci-fi (the new Star Trek is obviously an exception, it was amazing).
