mod isn't currently ready for a final user.
It is still in an early beta stage, because there are a lot of features to implement (just think to all the things you will do when it's ready)
I can't say now the date of release, but I think that a 0.9 version could be ready by next year's Q2-4.
I'm sorry, I'm excited as you to see my fork finally ready and appreciated from the other stalkers as I appreciated that, but:

Has it any influence on NPC behavior or is it just a graphical gimmick?
For now it's only a graphical feature, I'm writing a script that adds panic for NPC when it goes dark.
