Description
I finally added the Droid Empire Homeworld, Mechis Prime. A new Droid Hero, General Vector, a Super Tactical Droid. I've also added in where you can now tell if a planet can build Capital Shipyards, Frigate Shipyards, and Heavy Vehicle Factories.
