Description
Admiral Gaarn and the Annihilator, 2 Procurator Battlecruisers(The Kuat Guardian and Kuati Sentinel), and 1 Mandator-class(Pride of the Core).
All three of these spawn from the Annihilator.
The Empire can build Procurators, but only 4, and they can't build any more Mandators.
I don't really like the mandator... probably should tweak its skin or something...
No offense, but I like the Mandator in RaW better, would it be possible for you to ask permission to use z3r0x's model? This one looks too round.
