Description
Duro is among at least 12 or 15 other planets that were cut from EAW and didn't make it into FOC either. One of the reasons I added Duro is because of it's planetary ability, which reduces the build time for Starbases, something they should have added into the game.
Both the history for Duro in EAW and the history for it on Wookieepedia shows that the planet is mostly uninhabited with all Duros living in orbital cites.(I think because of the Clone Wars, not sure) Because of that I made Duro space only, partly to save time on trying to make a land map for it.
As a matter of fact, the planet DID become a wasteland during the clone wars.

You can make the battle in the space stations instead of a land map. Just like in Star Wars Battlegrounds or Star Craft, you can have space platforms and you battle on them.
Of course, I doubt that EAW have models for such things, so you'll have to make everything pretty much from scratch or import it from other places. On the other hand, it could give you some interesting gameplay options - only infantry (inside the spacestations), or only vehicles (infantry can't breath in vacuum or you'll have to make special infantry - spacetroopers), or both - one part infantry (to fight and capture CPs inside the buildings or what's considered a building), one part transports for infantry and light vehicles. Or whatever you come up with.
Note: I'm just giving you an option - you decide if you want to take or leave it.
