Steel and Sword is a huge mod for Mount and Blade Warband. Hundreds of new weapons, armors, and troop types are added. Better, more realistic battles, rebalanced costs and income, and much more make the game more challenging, entertaining, and fun. Installation 1)Make sure M&B Warband is patched to v1.158 (Can be Trial Version) 2)Extract to M&B installation folder>Mods (ex. directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules") 3)Run launcher and select module 'My Mod'

When i try to load the mod from launcher in will do the paradox scene then go black and go back to desktop??
Are you using version 1.158?
Try running in windowed mode.

Hey can you help?
I downloaded the mod and the archive is called steelandswordv1.zip and when I try to open it in jzip it says it doesn't recognise the file type or format.
It's definitely saved as a .zip but won't seem to open it up.
Any suggestions out there?

don't open in jzip. open with windows explorer.
