What's different in this download?
I have recently started playing with this mod and being a person that is very picky. Your mod here "Stars" is a mod that I wish many would use for theres, You have taken the time to make the actual stars beautiful and coming from a guy that likes astronomy and never says mushy crud that says alot.
I tried playing E4X and Mealstrom but they over complicate it.
I would very much like to live in a galaxy you designed.
Good job and don't stop, I'm looking forward to any new planets or unexpected items you may add in the future.
Again, very wicked good job.
Forgot to mention, any way you could throw in a bit of a planet allegiance for the tec? maybe a mini update to allow culture to up it a bit by a small percent?

According to game plot, culture is not a main point of TEC. So it's hard to expect them being culturally superior, sorry ^_^
