Stargate: Legacy started off as a conversion of the popular StargateTC to the source engine, but now is an independent mod using the latest Source engine technologies. For those who might not know, SGL, just like SGTC, is based on the popular TV show Stargate SG-1. There are currently two versions of Stargate Legacy, both of which are multiplayer only. Single player will not be started until we are satisfied we have reached a multiplayer release that requires minimal attention from the devs, allowing us to focus on other projects.

We are running a Team Fortress 2 server for any SGL fans who want to come along and play, we got some really good maps installed and instant respawning. Smiley

Thanks go to Art of War Central for providing us with the server, along with a Stargate Legacy server, of which you can see the status below:

More news will be on it's way on the 1st July as we prepare for our release on the 13th July for those who have forgotten. We hope you'll be there for the launch as we'll be having a launch event on our new SGL server at 0000hrs GMT on 13th July. Make sure you get your download at Midnight when I will officially announce the release of the game through the news on our website and here. Come join the forums if you haven't already.
