I feel that the bridge is a little too chunky. Perhaps if the bottom 3 decks were removed it would seem less of a sore thumb target. Overall I love the model and the fact this is the only mod to give a distinctive look to the dreadnought variant!

The bridge despite being tall is in proportion with the size of the ship. It also helps distinguish it from the regular Providence.

The TCW design also recycles the TCW Munificent bridge, so using the movie style version of the bridge module is de-cartooning the design directly.

Actually making a sensible ship instead of directly scaling up an asset twice the dimensions tends to result in making nods to original features with context, rather then mindless copying.

Looks good! I honestly would have preferred a scaled up version of the Providence but with the sharper angles of the hull like Trench's dreadnought. But it still looks good regardless.

I always thought it was stupid how two ships built along the same lines were given the same name despite their colossal difference in size. They should have named the dreadnought the Profusion-class, which would be quite fitting since the word means lavish expenditure or extravagance.

Somebody tried to made some serious modelling here but forget to read the original model or check the pictures. This is the good example if you not good in something, practice, until you can say, "It's pretty good enough", it IS going to be good enough for the others to.

Description

After showing the Carrier/Destroyer yesterday, here's the much larger Dreadnought version. While the C/D was based more off of RotS, we've based the Dreadnought off of the TCW depiction, with a few extra modifications to account for the size difference.
