A single-player modification of Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. With gratitude to the OpenJK mod developers and the JKO & JKA communities, this effort on my behalf would not of been possible. The mod is an attempt at refining the already exceptional JEDI SIMULATOR created by the talented people (at the time of making) of Raven Software. I hope with the added 'immersive' additions implemented, that you enjoy this mod as much as I had in making it!

The spacing between words on "Datapad Updated" could use some widening and the new first person perspective looks broken. From what I can tell it looks like the camera is mounted to the face of the 3D model and it makes all the goofy looking tilt animations you see in third person carry over. Seeing the new first person gameplay makes me dizzy.

Otherwise, the material you've shown so far for the mod looks great.

Thank you for your comment. I have had a look at the spacing and the problem is due to the font I'm using, I think I'll leave it alone for the time being though. The Trueview feature is not broken by the way, it was another cvar that was causing the tilt which I had forgotten about. I have now sorted it out and got rid of the tilting.. No more nausea

Yes, I've just added the missing spanish audio files, thanks to a fella I've mentioned in the readME. Also, with every new piece of text added, will be the accompaning region specific language version as well.

Hi, I've just seen your message so, I apologise for the late response. The mod does not have any parts of the FX mod but at the time of recording this video (and the others it seems), I forgot to take that mods pk3 file out of my base folder.

I had _HellBarons_ mod as a recommendation in my mods readME file but recently I had decided to omit the mod as a recommendation due to conflicts with my own mod.

I hope that I've made myself clear, if not I will be uploading a new YouTube clip anyway. So if you want to scour for any trace of the FX mods use.. Knock yourself out 😉

Description

A glimpse of the reconfigured HUD and center-string positioning, also beginning the level wearing the Stormtrooper armour outfit - for proof-of-concept. I think I'm going to move the center-string message closer to the health/armour HUD side, let me know what you think about that.

Features on display include:
*Trueview 2.0 (OJP, JKET, JR)
*Use/re-usable trip-mines (JKET, JR)
*Dead bodies stay
*Emplaced Turret view options

Bug fix:
*When using a monitor to view camera displays, it used to crash I believe due
to the Trueview code.. No longer an issue
