Is that a raptor?
NO!, It looks NOTHING like the raptor! LOLWUT, For one, the raptor has no guns on the wings, the wings are not as thin form above and the nacelles are at the end of the wings.
First, do not say "LOLWUT" here, it is just annoying, second, don't flame him for not knowing better.
Actually it is very reminiscent of a raptor, so back off XD.
Oh and I think those are naccels not guns.

Let´s make it settlet - it is something between Norexan-class and raptor class. I must admit that I never seen it before, but the life is change.
Altought its hard to believe in Romulan ship with so much phasers.
